Mr. Josephraj Xavier and representatives from DICT attended the SADC Digital Transformation strategy validation workshop from the 23rd to the 26th August 2022 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The objective of the workshop was for Member States to validate the draft SADC DTS and Action Plan being developed through the support of the European Union Technical Cooperation Facility (TCF). The workshop also reviewed the gap highlighted in the SADC DTS Situational Analysis report and it also included a guided tour of key ICT and STI Institutions and establishments
